Autumn Rules
🍁Please don’t follow these rules. These are rules that I created for my personal satisfaction and they’re completely unhealthy and really strict. I don’t want anyone to feel bad about themselves because they broke the rules. If you choose to follow the rules please stay safe!
🍁Drink 5 bottles of water each day.
Download only your favorite thinspo/fitspo onto your phone. If you need to, lock that down in a private folder.
🍁Go to your favorite store and buy your dream outfit in a smaller size. It’ll fit soon enough if you work hard.
🍁Make a thinspo journal full of your favorite thinspo pictures, thinspo quotes, and everything else thinspo related.
🍁Saturday is your cheat day. The only reason you get a cheat day is to keep your metabolism up. Your allowed to have 1,000 calories max.
🍁Keep your hygeine in check wash your hair, brush your teeth, use a hair mask, wash your body, brush your hair, shave, use a lip scrub, exfoliate, wash your face, moisturize your entire body, do facial massages after applying moisturizer to your face, wash off your makeup before falling asleep, keep an organized skin care routine do not break the cycle, etc.
🍁Take 4 days out of the week to apply face masks to your face to keep your skin clear, healthy, and beautiful.
🍁Dress to impress.
🍁Post on Tumblr every single day. Don’t let your followers down.
🍁Weigh yourself as much as possible and measure yourself once a week. Log all weights and measurements in your thinspo journal.
🍁Drink as much tea as you can every single day.
🍁Only let people see you happy. Don’t let anyone see your negative emotions.
🍁Always have pretty painted nails.
🍁Read every single day.
🍁Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep each night any less could mess up your metabolism.
🍁No binging.
🍁Always count calories even if you binge count the calories!
🍁Only eat around others.
🍁Chew each bite you take really slowly.
🍁Put your cutlery down between each bite and finish chewing and swallowing each bite before taking another bite.
🍁Never eat before 12pm and after 12am.
🍁Burn at least 100 calories each day.
🍁Do a morning workout, a before shower workout, and a bedtime workout.
🍁Fidget as much as possible, it burns calories. It burns around 300-500 per day.
🍁Take body check pictures once a week.
🍁Write in your thinspo journal each day.
🍁Sketch more.
🍁Have at least two packs of gum and make them difficult to get to. Just in case you start to binge and you chew a lot of gum.
🍁Drink lemon water every single day.
🍁Every once in awhile drink detox water.
🍁Never finish the entire portion.
🍁Tally mark your wrist each time you think about food, that’s how many minutes you have to exercise for.
🍁Whenever you’re hungry drink a cup of tea and an entire water bottle it should fill you up so your not hungry anymore.
🍁1 binge day equals 1 fast day.
🍁Reach your goal weight by the end of this year.
🍁Listen to music whenever you can.
🍁Clean something, skinny girls aren’t messy.
🍁Avoid the kitchen and food at all times.
🍁Dance as much as possible, dancing burns calories.
🍁Drink in gulps in between every bite.
🍁Sleep as much as you can.
🍁Cut your food in halves.
🍁Look in the mirror each day to check your progress.
🍁Food is a privilege until you reach your ultimate goal weight.
🍁The pain in your stomach and the dizziness clouding your mind is euphoric. Learn to love that feeling.
🍁You can eat when your skinny.
🍁Be kind to everyone you meet.
🍁Take epsom baths once a week.
🍁Look at thinspo daily.
🍁Lose at least 0.5lbs per day.
🍁Suck in your stomach at all times it burns calories.
🍁Plan your meals for the day.
🍁Drink diet soda to control cravings.
🍁Remember why you want to be skinny.
🍁Do a quick yoga session daily.
🍁When your craving something sweet, vape with a sweet flavor like bubble gum.
🍁Fast at least 4 days a week.
🍁No more than 500 calories a day max.
